CosmoInnovations has been selected as one of only 20 companies participating in the prestigious 2026 MedTech Innovator Asia Pacific Accelerator Program.
More than 680 companies applied for the program, placing the successful cohort within approximately the top 3% of applicants. The selection recognises CosmoInnovations among a highly competitive group of medical-technology companies demonstrating strong innovation and the potential to address significant healthcare challenges.
The eighth annual APAC Accelerator connects participating companies with corporate partners, investors, clinicians, mentors and industry leaders. Its purpose is to support technology development, commercialisation, market access and meaningful patient impact across the Asia-Pacific region and internationally.
The 2026 program runs from June to October and commenced with the Innovator Summit in San Francisco, followed by the Wilson Sonsini Medical Device Conference. It will culminate at the APAC Grand Finals in Singapore, where selected companies will compete for up to US$275,000 in cash prizes.
For CosmoInnovations, this recognition provides valuable international exposure and access to expertise that can help advance its MedTech portfolio, including GastriLED™, an ingestible LED capsule being developed to deliver targeted photobiomodulation within the gastrointestinal tract.
Selection for this highly competitive program marks another important validation of CosmoInnovations’ clinical innovation, intellectual-property portfolio and international commercial potential.
