We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied. Below are the return and refund policies for SkinGate, SkinGate Serum Pack, SmartySpoon, AirSure , and AirSure Breather (Intra-Nasal Filter).
SkinGate Device
- Returns: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the package seal is unbroken. Customers cover return shipping costs.
- Faulty Units: If proven faulty, return the device with a detailed reason. Upon investigation (within 30 days), we’ll send a free replacement.
- Non-Eligible: Opened or used devices are not returnable unless faulty.
SkinGate Serum Pack
- Returns: Refunds are not accepted for opened or broken seals.
- Issues: For concerns like allergies or irritation, email [email protected] with photos and details. If we confirm the product caused skin rash or irritation, a full refund will be processed within 30 days.
- Non-Eligible: Used or unsealed serum packs are non-returnable.
SmartySpoon
- Returns: Full refund within 14 days if the package seal is unbroken. Customers pay return shipping.
- Faulty Units: If defective, return with a reason for investigation. A free replacement will be sent within 30 days.
- Non-Eligible: Used or opened units are not returnable unless faulty.
AirSure
- Returns: Refundable within 14 days if unopened and sealed. Customers cover return shipping.
- Faulty Units: Return faulty units with details. After review (within 30 days), we’ll provide a free replacement.
- Non-Eligible: Used or unsealed devices are non-returnable unless defective.
AirSure Breather (Intra-Nasal Filter)
- Returns: Full refund within 14 days if the package seal is unbroken. Customers pay return shipping.
- Faulty Units: Return with a reason for investigation. A free replacement will be sent within 30 days.
- Non-Eligible: Used or opened filters are non-returnable unless faulty.
